Bible Reading Plan
During the 6-week challenge, we will be reading through all of Paul's letters! This Bible reading plan helps bring God's Word to. life with applicable steps to take day to day.
Our Bible reading takes approximately 10-15 minutes, daily. Our hope is to help you create healthy habits of reading God's Word that last!

Meal Plans
In our program, we follow a low-carb way of living! You have the option to follow your suggested macro chart OR to follow our meal plans provided! Our meal plans come with:
- Weekly meal plan outline
- Weekly exact shopping list
- Weekly recipes with instructions

I'm Christine Evans
I'm Christine Evans—wife to Heath Evans, mom to 6, and a follower of Jesus.Â
I am BEST known for my transformation of losing 150 pounds and keeping it off for eight years. By God's grace, I have spent the last seven years coaching women in weight loss and am excited to bring my knowledge, expertise, and experience to you in this challenge.
As part of my testimony, I sought to change my body apart from Christ and ended up more miserable than when I started. I'm so thankful that God would use my misery to draw me to Himself, to save me, and to show me how I spent my whole life running to all of the wrong things, looking for something to fill the void that only Christ could fill.
As a coach, my approach centers on building small disciplines, mastering them, and aiming in everything we do to honor the Lord. I've witnessed incredible transformations in women's lives—strengthening their faith, building healthy bodies, and drawing closer to the Lord.
I'm here to guide and train you to grow in your fitness, get healthy, and lose weight...while also growing in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior - Jesus Christ.
